When reading Robyne's bio rather than look at what she has done look at how much she has accomplished in a very short period of time and how her natural abilities allowed her to move many people without ever once asking for any type of credit or acknowledgement. While others were in the forefront of major media outlets Robyne was in the forefront of the people often times pushing the media out of the picture.
Robyne has been proactively involved with personal spiritual development and leadership for over 40 years and professionally involved with the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. Robyne's mark in health and fitness was an inner expression never meant to go public. Perhaps it was this activity that led her astray yet a vehicle that would not only gain direct attention with hundreds of thousands of people but more importantly saved her life from the impact of a speeding commuter bus that hit the parked car she was sitting in as discussed further in this chapter of her bio. Was this bus accident to be her wake up call? Was one of her greatest strengths, in the end, her greatest distraction from what was truly her calling? Her level of involvement with health and fitness exceeds traveling the world for more than 30 years as a competitive bodybuilder, fitness contestant, health club owner, personal trainer, weight loss coach, personal development and spiritual leader. Everything based on one ideology, give yourself credit for who you, where you have been and where you want to go and most importantly, "anything is possible". Highlights surrounding her involvement with personal and spiritual development have been many including interviews with magazines such as, Muscle n Fitness, Flex, Women's Physique World, and Muscular Development Fitness and Health, to name just a few. and hundreds of newspapers, TV and various radio stations throughout the United States have interviewed her. Robyne won every fitness and bodybuilding competition she competed in (steroid free) including; Ms. Teenage of St.Louis, Ms. Missouri, Tri-State Champion, and in 1989 was designated the Top 10 athlete in the country. And even though each endeavor required a different type of training, she followed one ideology. Which can be read about in all of her exercise, health and fitness programs. Robyne has been an educational consultant for dozens of elementary schools, adopted dozens of schools with character educational programs and she co-created the development of character educational program in human development for students with the help from Thomas Jefferson based out of Los Angeles, California, in the early 1990's. In 1994 the community of St. Louis financially backed and morally supported her on an incredible once in a lifetime six week, solo 2000 mile bicycle tour. She started bicycling from 200 miles North of Winnipeg, Canada, in sub freezing temperatures and finished, in 90 degree weather, at the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana, USA. The bike tour became known as the 1994 "Child Safety" Bike Tour. This tour allowed Robyne to work with 20,000 children on Never Give Up on who you are while she also worked with 100 leaders on child safety issues. The year of 1996, at the height of Robyne's career she was hit by a speeding commuter bus while sitting in her parked car along side a parking meter. Authorities guesstimated the commuter bus was going approximately 58-62 mph before plowing into the side of her car. The side of the car where she was sitting. Medical experts determined Robyne survived the bus accident due to the nature of her physical status, yet not left without an injury; cerebellum damage. The cerebellum is a section of the brain controlling visual and vestibular (hearing). Various people, to this day, have asked her, "How did you manage to survive?". The greatest thing I have ever heard anyone say, Robyne said that day, "It was the children", she said. "I knew there was at least one child whom I spoke out to on "Never Give Up" watching. I could not give up! My past would be my strength and my belief was to see me through.". Regardless the challenges confronting Robyne she focused on what the possibilities were. And really... she said, "the possibilities are far greater now than ever. You will see! I will see myself through this.". Robyne's heightened awareness, advanced spiritual character combined with her love for the people encouraged her to design a program that would ultimately take the place of her working along side the people as she had professionally for the last fifteen years prior to the bus accident. Robyne knew her time was limited and creating this product to take the place of her was of utmost importance before the affects from the brain damage would completely put a damper on her once active lifestyle. She began conducting various study groups, worked with doctors, along with nutritionists and nurses to create what is now known as the 10 Day + Nutritional Weight Loss System. In the beginning, 10 Day + quickly made a name for itself; locally, statewide and regionally. In spite of her brain slowly shutting down, with time drawing nearer, she set out to travel across the country, working with businesses, health clubs, wellness centers and corporations. Robyne was requested to share her message as often as six seminars a day along with six, seven media interviews promoting the benefits of embracing self. The wide spread success led to opening the Robyne's Wellness Center. In 1999 Robyne was selected by Who's Who as one of the top Worlds Women for her ability to educate and motivate people worldwide. Success was vast. And then… The time had come. No matter how good things were going for her midway 1999 Robyne’s brain began shutting down with more frequency. Sometimes shutting down 7, 8, 9 even 12 times a day. Mainstream medical experts could not help her with only the four months of expertise they had with this section of the brain. Robyne traveled near and far searching for the appropriate help she would need to reteach the brain how to see again. Robyne was requested to get to Scottsdale AZ, ASAP. She closed everything up. Everything she knew, up to this point, was to remain a part of her past. Now... would introduce a world she knew nothing of. Robyne was to vanish, leaving everything behind taking only the beliefs she firmly carried throughout her life. Her past was her past. Now was now. And regardless how confusing and challenging things appeared Robyne knew the challenges would need to be embraced. She set out to overcome what most others thought impossible, until now.
